DVD
The DVD is a convenient, widely accessible format for either video or data distribution (or both). The discs are inexpensive, easy to master and to have mass-produced, and have become a common format for a variety of business communications.
However, producing DVDs requires skills not yet common in the workplace. Video capture and editing, menu design, and the encoding of the MPEG-2 video requires some understanding of video data rates, codecs, and interaction design.
